STRESS MANAGEMENT

HERE IT IS FRIENDS....!
MANAGEMENTR OF STRESS IS THE QUESTION RIGHT OF THE HUMANKIND TODAY
Through this blog i would like to share my views regarding stress management  the answer for which is sought by many of us every second of our life
it could be done by the realisation of following facts:
1.During our day to day life,many of us feel so stressed with the question that why does  this sorrow or harm or  an insult or lonely situation happen just with me only????
The Thing is that any persons talents .environment al influences.,physical and mental capabilities..differ from any other individual.its our ownselves who should realise ..how to manage a mixture of all the factors which are so unique to an individual.
Do not compare your progress with others because the twists and turns which the life of an individual has is so very different ...from any other individual on earth ....right from the day life starts till it ends..
who knows where the future of life of ours would go and the other person's would go....
2.many of us suffer from a pessimistic attitudinal disorder...thinking that...the threat ful event or a harm is definitely going to happen or we may think that a particular type of desired achievement may not be got by us!!BUT ITS VERY ESSENTIAL TO REALISE THAT RIGHT FROM THE DAY WE STARTED LIVING THERE WAS A THREAT OF DEATH AND THE COUNT DOWN IS STILL GOING ON....NEVER DO WE KNOW WHERE  AND WHEN OUR LIVES ARE GOING TO END!!BUT STILL WE HAVE MANY HOPES ,DESIRES AND ASPIRATIONS.....
THE FEAR OF WHAT AN UNKNOWN FUTURE WOULD BRING IS VERY COMMON  MANY OF US...BUT REMEMBER THIS FEAR IS A COMMON PHENOMENON FOR WHOLE OF THE HUMANITY!!AND HENCE WHEN WE ARE IN THE COMPETITION OF SURVIVAL AND EXCELLENCE ....FORGET WHICH APPLIES COMMONLY TO ALL ...THEN SUCCESS WILL BE OURS....this fact applies to many of us because many of us get stressed thinking of future's threats and forget living the present.
3.The other thing is repenting and feeling stressed about something done by us in the past......when we do some thing constructive....some of us feel stressed thinking that i should have done this very much before and also fear about the success of alately started project  REMEMBER THAT ITS BECAUSE WE 'VE BEHAVED A LESS ORIENTED MANNER THAT TODAY WE 'VE REALISED.IF THE CHORDATES HAD THOUGHT THAT WE SHOULD HAVE EVOLVED DIRECTLY FROM THE HOT HYDROGEN GAS OF EVOLUTION.....TODAY'S MAN WOULD NOT HAVE EVOLVED.....ANY THING HAS ITS OWN SPECIFIC TIME TO OCCUR.
4.THERE ARE MANY QUESTIONS ....THE MORE SO STRESSING ONES ARE MOSTLY PERSONAL ONES.BUT REMEMBER .......ALL QUESTIONS DO NOT HAVE ALL ANSWERS AT ALL THE TIMES....HAVE A PATIENT HEARTTO WAIT ....
Some times some answers can't be sought..stop breaking your head and learn living life leisurely and slowly to live long..!!!
5.With a forgive and forget attitude life can be stress free.
6.LAST.......BUT NOT THE LEAST!!THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS NOT JUST GOING AFTER SELF CENTEREDNESS , POSSESSIONS AND POSITIONS.....!!!but to have the fervour of human fraternity and serving the fellow humans so that it makes a completely lived life...
Keep smiling   :-)so that endorphins  ,the stress relieving factors are released at a better pace..for a  stress free  and happy life..
